This Privacy Policy explains how JBF 4 Cash LLC ("we," "us," "Reprizy") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Reprizy. It is intended to clearly describe our current data practices; applicable privacy rights may vary depending on where you live.

We collect:

• Account information — your name and email address when you register.
• Content you upload — videos, audio, transcripts, brand assets (logo, colors, business name), and the clips and captions generated from them.
• Usage information — how you interact with the app, such as which features you use.
• Basic technical data — device and browser information collected automatically for security and reliability.
• Billing information — subscription status and billing identifiers needed to provide paid plans. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by Reprizy.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Provide and operate the service — processing your videos, generating clips, and storing your projects.
• Maintain and improve Reprizy.
• Communicate with you about your account or respond to support requests.
• Detect and prevent misuse of the service.

3. AI Processing and Service Providers

To provide the service, your uploaded audio and transcripts are processed by third-party AI and transcription providers in order to identify clips, generate captions, and score content. Your files are also stored with third-party cloud storage providers. These providers process your data only as necessary to deliver the service to you — we do not sell your content or personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate Reprizy (hosting, AI processing, transcription, payment processing, email delivery), subject to their applicable contractual and privacy obligations.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time — see Section 7 below.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, use the Contact Us option in the app. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children's Privacy

Reprizy is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction).

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use minimal cookies/local storage necessary to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection for information transferred internationally.
