Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Reprizy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Reprizy.

Reprizy is operated by JBF 4 Cash LLC ("we," "us," "Reprizy"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Reprizy service.

1. What Reprizy Does

Reprizy lets you upload video content, uses AI to identify and extract short-form clips, and adds captions, branding, and music to produce content intended for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Reprizy for a business.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the videos, images, and other material you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and modify it solely to provide the service to you — for example, transcribing it, analyzing it with AI, and generating exported clips.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you own it or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law. This includes footage of other people — you're responsible for having their consent to use their likeness and voice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Reprizy to upload, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that you don't have the rights to. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

5. AI-Generated Content and No Guarantee of Results

Reprizy uses artificial intelligence to select clips, write captions and hooks, assign a "Reprizy Score," and recommend music. These are AI-generated suggestions, not guarantees. The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or imperfect output. We do not guarantee that any clip will perform well, generate customers, or achieve any particular result on any platform.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content — captions, hooks, and the final exported video — before posting it publicly. Reprizy is not responsible for consequences arising from content you choose to publish without review.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Reprizy helps you create content for third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service, which we don't control. We're not responsible for how those platforms treat content you post there.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The Reprizy software, brand, industry templates, and design are our property (or licensed to us) and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you rights to our IP beyond what's needed to use the service normally.

8. Fees and Billing

Reprizy may offer free and paid subscription plans. Current plan prices, included usage, and features are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods with advance notice where required. Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the selected monthly or annual billing cycle until cancelled.

You may cancel renewal at any time through the billing controls made available with your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, restrict paid features, or move the account to the then-current free plan. Your existing projects are not intentionally deleted solely because a paid subscription ends, although storage and feature limits may apply.

9. Termination

You may stop using Reprizy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where practical.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Reprizy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost business, lost content, or reliance on AI-generated output.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reprizy harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of Reprizy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
